Jennifer Kauffman

Jennifer Kauffman joined Compass Financial Partners in January 2025 as an Associate Director of Financial Wellness, where she provides comprehensive financial wellness and retirement education to participants. With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jennifer has spent the majority of her career as a Financial Advisor. However, she discovered her true passion lies in education and empowering beginner investors. Jennifer focuses on engaging participants and making financial education both simple and fun.

Jennifer graduated from University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Marketing. She holds her Series 66 License and also a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) Designation. Jennifer and her husband, Fred, live in Denver, NC by Lake Norman with her two sons, Ethan and Elijah, and dog, Elvis. She is a strong supporter of woman owned small businesses in her community and created a networking group called the "Women of West Lake Norman" to connect local women. Starting in 2016, the group grew to hundreds of members and still continues today. She mostly enjoys being outside, listening or playing music, and spending time with her family and friends.
