JOANNA HORTON

Joanna Horton joined Compass Financial Partners in February 2024 and serves as an Administrative Assistant supporting the Retirement Services Team. Prior to joining Compass, Joanna was an operations manager for a national multifamily company. Her previous experience includes executive administrative support, project coordination and implementation, and investor relations.

Joanna grew up near Charlotte, NC and graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management. Joanna enjoys spending time with her husband, being outdoors and can usually be found at the barn with her horse. She also enjoys hiking, pottery wheel throwing, and volunteering at a local therapeutic riding barn.
