Winfred Boyce Jr

Associate Director, Financial Wellness

Winfred Boyce Jr joined Compass Financial Partners in March 2020 as an Associate Director, Financial Wellness, focusing on the development and delivery of retirement plan participant education and communication strategy.

Winfred brings a distinct perspective to the role having experience in comprehensive financial planning and wealth management. Prior to joining Compass, he served as a Registered Representative with Western and Southern Life and previously as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch. Winfred has 10 years of experience in the financial services industry providing holistic wealth management services to affluent individuals and families. Winfred is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.

Winfred graduated from South Carolina State University with a B.S. in Business Management. He also completed the Professional Financial Planner Certificate Program at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta, GA. His community involvement includes work with the Atlanta Chapter Tuskegee Airmen. He most enjoys being outdoors, traveling, reading, and spending time with his wife Shan’tell and their two children, Evan and Abigail.
