Sheray G. Oliver

Associate Director of Financial Wellness

Sheray Oliver joined Compass Financial Partners in November 2023 as an Associate Director, Financial Wellness. She has spent her career dedicated to managing, servicing, and educating benefit and retirement plan clients - working with companies of all sizes, including Delaware Investments, American Funds, Ascensus, BB&T, New York Life, Cigna, The Newport Group, Milliman, Delta Dental, and her own company RetireEDU. Sheray has varied experience, but her personal life mission is to educate employees about benefits and make retirement investing more accessible to everyday American workers.

Sheray graduated from Temple University and holds Life, Accident & Health Insurance licenses as well as the FINRA Series 65. Currently, Sheray is a CFP® Candidate, studying to become a Certified Financial Planner.

Sheray enjoys walking her grand-puppy Champ, in their quiet Charlotte, NC neighborhood. She loves to read, travel, and attend art exhibits and live music events across the country.
